It's done! Yay! First really finished cg that you guys've seen that's from my new monitor...it's different working on it.

I dont' have a whole lot else to say I don't think...critiques? I'm really troubled over the backlight on the character...it was fine at first...but now some spots I'm not sure about...please give me your opinions!

I wasn't counting...but probably around 6-8 hours.

EDIT: Made the pants a darker shade, so a special thanks for the suggestion made by Thanks a bunch man, it adds a lot. :D Your suggestions make a difference guys, so speak up, I want to improve, that's what I'm here for.

EDIT:: I did lots of tweaking to this image after posting. I always notice the flaws really late. I fixed the chunk missing from the wall, originally I left it a solid face, but then I realized the wall would have to be ablout four feet thick for it to work, which isn't exactly normal. I added some highlights to the clouds and stuff too...too many other little mistakes to mention. X)

My god, it's gorgeous! O_O I'm in awe... you can't do this to me because then I have nothing to say! x]
I can't find anything in the coloring to critique, but it's more apparent how small her left hand is. And I think your light source is a bit confusing, it may be because you're too intimidated to go dark, but if the light is behind her I think there would be darker patches of her here and there, especially in her clothing.
But goodness I can't believe all the detail there is in this image... I love that background. How'd you do those clouds? They're AMAZING! Your artwork makes me want to ditch Painter and go back to oC. :3 :+fav:
